This is a three star hotel and exceeded my expectations for a three star hotel. Great location. Clean. Not fancy. Good beds.
Breakfast was very good and the waitress was phenomenal. Hot tub was down but since this was the case the hotel staff waived the $75 pet fee. The pool was crystal clear on our visit, not like a previous review that I saw. We had extra pillows brought to our room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to buy items at the desk (icecream) and charge to the room. Had a great night sleep. Only suggestion would be for the TV's to have the option to cast/mirror the phone or have an option to get YouTube on the TVs themselves. Overall fantastic stay!

Love this place. They have a full menu restaurant and bar on site, and the lobby is buzzing in the morning and evening. This is a quiet hotel though when it comes to your privet room. The staff is nice and helpful and I will continue to stay here when in town.
Loved this place a lot, me and my family visited just for one night bcuz we missed our opportunity to stay at frankenmuth for Christmas.. Everything was so nice, the pool and hot tub were great and the staff were so nice. thank you for making our holiday special

Check in was smooth and easy. Rooms clean and updated. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive. Pool appeared very dirty but hot tub was clean though the jets were nonfunctional. Right next to the highway (you don't hear it) and plenty of places to eat in close proximity. Overall decent stay
The family and I had a great stay. The staff were all friendly and professional from check in til check out. The room was spotless and had plenty of space for us all. The hot tub and pool were definitely relaxing.
